About

Hi, I am Dhiya.

A young girl with long dark hair stands against a plain, textured wall. She is wearing a gray T-shirt with a bear graphic and the words "New York" and "NYC" on it.

I’m a high school student passionate about neuroscience, research, and community service.

The Grey Matter Guide grew from my desire to make neuroscience accessible to more people especially students and to connect science with real world impact.

I’ve conducted neuroscience research, prepared for the Brain Bee, and I volunteer in my community. Through this platform I share what I learn, the stories that inspire me, and the resources I wish I had when I started.

In my free time, I enjoy playing volleyball, hiking, trying new restaurants, and traveling with my family.

Our Mission

Make neuroscience understandable, inspiring, and accessible while connecting science with real community impact.
